2 – 8 weeks. I am a one-woman show! This means I can have precision focus on the projects I take on, and also appreciate your understanding that things can thus take a little longer sometimes, depending on the season.

What is the price range for jewellery redesign and custom pieces?

Jewellery Redesigns and Custom pieces begin at $500 CAD and on average can run around $1,300 CAD. Complexity of the design and time required are factors when pricing. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is required to begin work on all Jewellery Redesigns and Custom pieces. Full payment is due upon completion & pick-up of the piece. 

 

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Due to the unique nature of the work crafted specifically to client request, unfortunately I cannot offer exchanges or refunds on custom & redesign work.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, Interac eTransfer, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa

 

Do you mail finished product?

Yes! Depending on the value, destination and/or delivery deadline, I use Canada Post Express with additional insurance, and FedEx.

 

What materials do you work with?

Silver, gold, and platinum. Genuine and synthetic gemstones.

 

Do you work with clients outside of Vancouver, BC?

Absolutely! I’ve had customers in Africa, Australia, USA, Europe, Mexico, South America, and Vietnam. I’d love to hear from you!
